What about returns?

While we truly hope that you love your items, we do understand that sometimes this may not be the case! For this reason, we are pleased to offer store credit for clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached within 10 days of delivery due.  At this time we do not offer exchanges and only offer refunds in limited circumstances.

Refunds are only issued if you have received an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact us at at heavenandfifth@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery. Please check your item carefully once you receive your item and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.  Refunds will not be given for wrong size or color ordered. Please check the size chart in each individual product description

To receive store credit, send the item back to the address listed below with the order number on the packing slip.  A credit will be emailed to the email address on file with which the order was placed once the return item is received.  A new order can then be placed for the correct item. All returned items should be mailed to 2504 Bentridge Drive W, Mobile, AL 36695.  Please include the order number or packing slip with your return or there will be a delay in the processing your refund.

We do not refund shipping and handling fees.  You are responsible for the return shipping on your items unless it was due to an error we made, such as sending an incorrect item.  USPS is often the most cost effective way to ship and insurance and tracking is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All accessory purchases are final sales. 

Refunds will not be processed for items that appear to be worn or damaged, smell of fragrance or cigarettes, have make-up on them, or is received beyond the 10 day window for returns. No exceptions. The item or items will be mailed back to the address on file or donated to charity.  Items with slight variances are not considered defective as items may vary in pattern placement.  We do our best to displace accurate colors and patterns through the pictures and videos of our products.
